Bristol–Uganda Collaborative Training Visit on Health Data Science

Data science skills and probabilistic data linkage.

In June 2026, members of MIHRI (the Mayuge Institute for Global Health Sciences Research and Innovation) visited Bristol for Bristol Data Week. I prepared training materials for overall data science skills, including Git/GitHub and R, as well as probabilistic data linkage. You can find all of the materials in the following GitHub repository: https://github.com/babichmorrowc/bristol-uganda-data-week. If you have any questions about these resources, please let me know!
